A concrete house designed by a Pritzker Prize winning architecture firm situated above Sunset Blvd in the Hollywood hills. BO.SHI architects was commissioned to be an executive architect with tasks ranging from design development to materials studies and construction administration. The project features a 3-story main house with the ground level view captured by a pool across the entire width of the property. The lower level features guest bedrooms and a theater, while the upper level is entirely master suite. An accessory structure is located in the lower, more secluded area of the property.
